At Boram Um x Loveramics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your specialty coffee vessels. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original premium packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your Loveramics cups in their original protective boxing to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring all inserts are included.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for signs of use or damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
